VXN Workout is a dance fitness class inspired by the live stage experience. You'll move to today's top hits in a follow-the-leader format, and leave feeling refreshed and invigorated. And sweaty. Definitely sweaty. No experience required!

When: Tuesday, 11/30, 7-7:45pm Eastern

Donations-based: Sign up by making a donation (suggested $20) and you'll receive the Zoom link about 1 day before the class. Any amount donated above $20 will be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

The L-CMD Research Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit raising money to translate scientific research into treatments, and ultimately a cure for rare and fatal childhood disease, L-CMD.

This is Austin - he is our son - 2 years old and severely affected by LMNA-related congenital muscular dystrophy. He cannot sit, stand, walk, or eat by mouth. And yet, he is a HAPPY kid - laughs so hard, counts to 30, loves reading Little Blue Truck, and LOVES his older brother. Please help us save his life.

There are NO TREATMENTS and NO CURES for L-CMD. This is a fatal diagnosis unless WE can raise the money to fund research intro life-saving treatments.
