For over 100 years, the Green Village Fire Department has proudly served the residents of Chatham Township Fire District 1 and portions of Harding Township through fire relief, fire safety education and community events. Our 100% volunteer fire department has answered the call no matter the day or time and we need your support to continue.

Your generous donations and support allows us to continually train to fight the many new types of fires we face, maintain current equipment, stay up to date with new firefighting technologies, and host events to bring the community together and meet your volunteer firefighters.

Firefighters respond to many types of emergencies, not just fire calls. Other types of emergencies include auto accidents, hazmat spills, down power lines, water pump out requests, carbon monoxide alarms, and search and rescue missions, just to name a few. Regardless of the call, the Fire Department is there to help 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
