You're invited to a one-of-a-kind fundraiser event!

Join us as community members, legislators, and advocates step up to be "arrested" based on warrants issued by participants. The "detainees" will then work to raise "bail" money, which will directly benefit two Rick Thompson Memorial grants supporting Small Talk of Lansing, MI, and The MISSION[GREEN] Initiative.

Small Talk provides crucial services to children who have experienced sexual assault. Research has shown that children of incarcerated parents are three times more likely to experience sexual abuse. By participating, you can make a real difference in the lives of these children. Your support will help raise awareness and crucial funding for this vital cause.

The MISSION[GREEN] Initiative aims to secure the release of individuals serving time for cannabis-related offenses and establish pathways to expungement or pardons. This will allow those affected to move forward and lead fulfilling lives. The Mission Green Campaign is spearheaded by leaders who have personally experienced the justice system and understand the issues our organization strives to tackle. Those most impacted by the system are exceptionally qualified to develop and advocate for the solutions to initiate its transformation.
