Carrying The Weight: Geared Up For Hope

Every day, first responders carry more than just the weight of their gear, they carry the weight of calls, the memories, and the silent battles no one sees.

Geared Up For Hope is more than just a run. It's a movement to break the stigma around mental health in the fire service and all first responders. On April 11th, I'll be running a the Victory Races 5k, hosted by the Vermillion Trails Alliance, fully geared up, carrying the weight, taking the steps, and honoring those we've lost, those still fighting, and those who've found the strength to reach out.

Join me on April 11th! Run, walk, or simply stand with us. Every step is a reminder that we are not alone. That together, we can lighten the load.

All funds raised will go towards supporting first responders in getting the help they deserve.

Because no one should carry the weight alone.
