Living Your Best PLANTSTRONG Life

This program is valued at $495, but due to grant funding, participants may register for only $47!

Participants are invited to a kick-off event led by #1 New York Times best-selling author and founder of PLANTSTRONG, Rip Esselstyn. During the kick-off, participants will learn the pillars of the program, sample delicious foods they can make at home, and prepare for the challenge.

Before-and-after biometric screenings are included.

Participants will be coached daily on everything they need to be healthier and happier. They’ll learn how to prepare balanced meals, short-cut food prep, incorporate more activity in less time, and more. We'll all return for the ‘reveal party’ where participants celebrate their achievements. When people realize they can begin to drastically improve their health in only one week, they are highly motivated to continue.

Ongoing Support

Our support doesn’t end after 1 week! We’ll work with participants for 6 months after the challenge.
