We are excited to host a focused session to educate you on 1,000's resources to help you find the incentives you need for single-family, multifamily, and commercial buildings to achieve more sustainable outcomes and improve the livelihood of the occupants. Speaker: Seth Thompson, Commercial Products Lead at IncentiFind Seth Thompson is the Commercial Products Lead at IncentiFind, the go-to database of green building incentives. Incentifind has designed a proprietary database to make incentive capture easy. They find all incentives a property is eligible to capture and provide streamlined action steps and offer application fulfillment services. From search to savings, we are everyone’s incentive resource. For the last 5 years, he has worked side by side with IncentiFind’s CEO in product development, sales strategy, and overall business direction. Prior to joining IncentiFind, Seth spent 16 years at AG|CM, Inc., a Professional Project Management Firm. Starting in Cost Estimating and Marketing, he worked his way up to become the Business Development Manager. Seth played a pivotal role in expanding AG|CM into the Houston, TX market, where he pursued opportunities across the Greater Houston Region, particularly focusing on public entities such as Counties, Cities, School Districts, and Higher Education institutions. Throughout his tenure, Seth cultivated a robust network of relationships within the AEC industry. He uses his experience to inform his business development and product strategies. Unlike most GHI sessions, this will not provide continuing education units.
