Join the Southern Vermont Board of Realtors® for our second annual pickleball tournament on Saturday, July 19, 2025, benefiting the United Way of Windham County and hosted by Southern Vermont Pickleball Club at Farm Road Estate in West Dover, Vt. Rain date: Sunday, July 20, 2025.

Teams of 4 must consist of 2 men and 2 women. Don't have a team of four? No problem! Sign up solo or with a partner and we'll match you with other participants to form a full team. Players must be over the age of 16 to participate. Space is limited and teams are based on the highest rated player.

Don't play Pickleball? Consider making a donation to this worthy cause. We're hoping to surpass last year's donation of $ 4,200 to the United Way of Windham County from Southern Vermont Realtors.

Tournament Details:

8am registration opens for morning players

9am starts the following groups:

Rankings
2.75-3.0
3.0-3.25
3.25-3.5

11am registration opens for afternoon players

12pm starts the following groups:

3.5-3.75
3.75-4.0+

You'll play 2 matches against each team (total of 10 matches consisting of men’s, women’s & mix doubles)
Rally scoring to 15. Men's, Women's & Mixed doubles
