The Tender – “The Gift of Giving a Review” Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by The Tender, an adult day center located in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, board members, and immediate family members of The Tender are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on January 10 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on January 30 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes using one (1) of the following methods:

A. Google Review Entry (Primary Method)

Leave a public Google review for The Tender during the Sweepstakes Period. Each eligible review equals one (1) entry.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (Testimonial Submission – No Review Required)

To enter without leaving a Google review, mail a handwritten or typed testimonial describing your experience with The Tender. Testimonials must include your full name, email address, and phone number, and be mailed to:

All mailed testimonials must be postmarked by January 30, 2026.

Limit: One (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. All entries have equal odds of winning.

No purchase, donation, or payment of any kind is required to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

💵 Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50

The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution will be provided. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
The winner will be announced on February 2, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted via email and/or phone. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant The Tender permission to use their name and city/state of residence, and submitted testimonial (if applicable), for promotional purposes related to this Sweepstakes, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of The Tender, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

10. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
