For too many girls, the chance to play a sport never comes, not because they lack passion or talent, but because access, equipment, or opportunity stand in the way. Leveling the Fields exists to change that.

We partner with elementary schools across the Charleston area to bring after-school sports directly to girls in grades 3–5, creating safe, consistent spaces where they can learn teamwork, build confidence, and grow as leaders. Our programs are free of charge for Title I school families, ensuring that opportunity never depends on a family’s financial situation.

From soccer and softball to basketball, volleyball, tennis, and lacrosse, every practice becomes a platform for possibility, a place where girls discover what they can do and who they can become.
