Support the Expedition Audacity ROV Fundraiser

We’re raising funds to equip our expeditions with two (one for Research and Work, the other for Cinematography and Exploration) Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) — capable of exploring from sunlit shallows to 1,000 metres deep, reaching the edge of the Twilight Zone.

These ROVs aren’t just machines.
They’re our eyes in the deep.
They’re our safety net.
And for some of us, they’re the only way to stay connected to the world beneath the waves.

Why It Matters

Science – Collect biodiversity data, samples, and environmental readings without harming fragile habitats.
Storytelling – Capture high-definition, never-before-seen footage for documentaries, VR, and education.
Safety – Inspect hulls, assess hazards, and protect divers in real time.

For Captain Christopher “Red” Redman, this is personal. After a traumatic brain injury ended his diving career, ROVs became his way to continue exploring, mentoring young scientists, and telling the ocean’s untold stories.
