Get Fresh!

Get Fresh! Is a nutrition education program taught by UGA extension that emphasizes healthy eating and lifestyles to prevent chronic disease.  Participants engage in food prep, preservation, and cooking paired with gardening, exercise and outdoor activities. Each week participants are given a bag of locally grown produce to support ongoing implementation of the curriculum.
