Spring is here, so join in the Raise the Roof Challenge Drive through March and let's watch hope grow!

Your help in reaching our goal of raising $6,000 by April 1st to restore our little greenhouse will renew vital space for the introduction of our new Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Garden Club Day Program. McHenry County College's Horticulture students, sponsor and greenhouse manufacturer Farmtek and the Illinois State Extention Service Master Gardeners are already in place to foster this project.

This is no ordinary program. We envision a vibrant space where our clients can cultivate not just plants but also their own sense of purpose and belonging.

Traditional educational and recreational settings can be challenging to navigate. However, within the nurturing environment of our greenhouse, they find a place of acceptance, where their abilities are celebrated, and their contributions valued.

Here, amidst the scent of blooming flowers and the gentle hum of life, our clients learn valuable skills that empower them to thrive. From planting seeds to tending to delicate saplings, they gain a sense of accomplishment that transcends the limitations imposed by society.

Together can breathe new life into our greenhouse and, by extension, into the lives of those we serve through your donation.
