The Growing Up Show

Since 2014, iShapeMe has empowered girls to shape themselves mentally, physically and spiritually. Through our Mentoring Circles, we guide girls through fun, educational and engaging sessions on goal setting, identity, bullying, etiquette, body image, mental health and more! 

To no fault of their own, many of the girls that we meet are lacking knowledge needed around hygiene, puberty and self-care.

Truth is, many parents are finding it difficult to have conversations with girls about their changing bodies, reproductive and sexual health and so much more. On top of that, across the country, more than half of the states received a D+ or worse on the SIECUS Sex Education State Report Card. Meaning that students everywhere are getting a subpar explanation of puberty, healthy relationships and sexual violence prevention, etc. 

All girls deserve an in-depth, age-appropriate and mindful exploration of these topics. We're aiming to produce 6-8 high quality YouTube-first episodes alongside relatable, board certified medical doctors and topic-area experts.
