We are thrilled to share our latest impact report, highlighting the tremendous progress we've made in promoting youth development in Namibia. With the help of generous donors like you, we have achieved significant milestones across various programs. Let's take a closer look at how your contributions have fueled positive change:

Free Resume and Cover Letter Assistance Program:

• In 2020, we assisted 125 individuals in creating CVs and 86 in crafting impactful cover letters.
• By 2021, these numbers grew to 189 CVs and 102 cover letters.
• As of October 2022, we've helped 252 individuals in creating CVs and 122 in developing cover letters.

AC Intern Program:

• Our first intern, Fran Shilongo, set the stage for success.
• Now, we aim to expand the program in collaboration with the University of Namibia (UNAM), offering paid internships to two deserving individuals.

AC Book Drive:

• In July 2022, we donated over 96 books to the Mondesa Community Library, promoting a love for reading and learning among young Namibians.

Girls' Health Program:

• To address period poverty, we donated 500 sanitary pads in 2021 and expanded to 3455 pads in 2022, supporting girls' well-being and education.

AC Mask Program:

•  In 2022, we produced and donated over 500 masks to schools, protecting the health and well-being of students and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic.
