The Emma L. Bowen Community Service Center’s annual Community Health Fair—a beloved tradition that unites Harlem residents, local businesses, healthcare professionals, and community organizations for a day of wellness, education, and community—will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Denny Farrell Riverbank State Park in Harlem.

We are especially proud to host this year’s fair at one of Harlem’s most beautiful parks—named in honor of Mr. Herman “Denny” Farrell, Jr., a distinguished leader, early champion of the Bowen Center, and dear friend of our founder, Mrs. Emma Bowen.
