Join Us for Giving Tuesday: Build Hope, Strengthen Community

This Giving Tuesday, please consider donating to the Heart of Maine Resource Center and our efforts to feed our community this holiday season. Every gift will go towards sustaining and growing our operations so we can make sure that no one goes hungry.

Here’s what your generosity can do:

$12 provides a box of nutritious food for a family of four.
$50 fills a cupboard for a family in need.
$100 plants a row of fresh produce in our community garden.
$500 purchases a fridge for cold storage.
$2,000 supports one month of food distribution.

Our goal is to raise $5,000, and with your help, we can make it happen! Together, we’re moving towards a more connected community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

We seek to create a low barrier system for receiving assistance. If anyone needs help, we do our best to meet the need, or refer them to someone else who can help.

While our main program is food distribution, our vision is to be a one-stop resource hub for connection. We continue to expand and grow our services so we can holistically meet the needs of our community. Your support ensures that our neighbors have food now and helps us build towards this future vision.
