Dear Friends and Community Partners,

Ballet Folklorico de Colores experienced an unexpected financial hardship at the end of 2025 when our former payment processor, Flipcause, declared bankruptcy and left us with nothing. There is a high probability that we may never see that full amount returned to us.

I am writing to you as a member of Ballet Folklórico de Colores, a local Mexican folklórico dance group made up of more than 50 dedicated dancers ranging in age from 3 years through adulthood. Our mission is to celebrate, preserve, and share Mexican culture through dance while proudly representing the Flagstaff community at local and regional events.

As we work to rebuild and continue our cultural mission, we are seeking the support of local businesses and partners who share our commitment to the arts, youth development, and community involvement. Sponsorship support will help us cover essential expenses such as performance participation, costume maintenance, and scholarships for low-income families—ensuring that all dancers have the opportunity to participate regardless of financial circumstances.

By sponsoring our group, you will have the opportunity to showcase your support for the arts and culture in our community and promote your business to a wide audience. We plan to promote your business through our social media channels, and promotional materials. We are also open to discussing other ways in which we can promote your business.

Gold Sponsor — $700

·       Company logo displayed on a sponsor banner at all 2026 performances

·       Social media recognition across all Ballet Folklórico de Colores platforms

·       Complimentary 20-minute performance within city limits (valued at $200)

Silver Sponsor — $500

·       Company logo displayed on a sponsor banner at all performances

·       Social media recognition across all Ballet Folklórico de Colores platforms

·       One month of free dance classes for one participant (2 classes per week, 1-hour sessions; $70 value)

Bronze Sponsor — $200

·       Company logo displayed on a sponsor banner at all performances

·       Social media recognition across all Ballet Folklórico de Colores platforms
