Nourishing Our Future

Over the past four years, demand for food assistance in Medway has increased by more than 200%, driven by rising housing, food, and healthcare costs. Today, more than 1,000 residents rely on the Pantry each year - nearly half of whom are children or seniors.

Currently, Medway’s two all-volunteer food pantries operate out of temporary, pop-up spaces, limiting capacity and creating ongoing operational risk. We have secured a lease for a dedicated pantry facility, but the space must be built out and equipped before it can serve the community.

This project is essential to preserving reliable food access in Medway. The new space will unify the town’s two food pantries into one coordinated operation, expand capacity to meet sustained demand, and preserve dignity through our 100% client-choice model. It will also lay the foundation for future wraparound services that support long-term stability for our neighbors.
