Hidden Acres Rescue for Thoroughbreds (HART) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization founded to promote the physical and emotional healing and well-being of thoroughbreds that are retiring from the racetrack. We do this by rehabilitating horses, training them for a second career and placing them in loving homes, and raising awareness on the difficult fates these horses face after the track. To date HART has rescued and placed more than 250 horses in happy, healthy homes.

One of the biggest challenges for our organization is to raise the funds needed to cover the high feed and care costs of our program. Every gift is deeply appreciated; every dollar raised provides much-needed care for these horses. We offer an easy way for you to do this through our ‘Share in the Care’ program. Your generous support will provide feed, hay, farrier and veterinary care, as well as training and rehabilitation to the horses we rescue. We have developed a sponsorship program that makes it easy to determine what level best suits your business while helping us to raise the funds needed to house and care for these horses. As a sponsor, you will receive recognition on our social media platforms with links to your website and a variety of other exposure opportunities depending on the level of support.
