At Hudson’s Bay High School, our cheerleaders are more than just a sideline presence—they are the heartbeat of the Eagle Nation. They are student-athletes who dedicate countless hours to perfecting stunts, jumps, and dance; appearing at countless events, competitions, and games; showing up for everyone else and themselves; maintaining academic excellence; and building a culture of sportsmanship and pride within our Vancouver community.

This year, our team has a massive goal: qualifying for and competing at Cheer Nationals in Las Vegas. This is the "big one," and for many of our athletes, it is the culmination of years of sweat, bruises, and unwavering dedication. But to get there—and to stay safe while doing it—we need your help.

Why We Need Your Support

The costs of competitive and sideline cheer programs are high, and community support is vital to ensuring every Eagle can participate regardless of their financial background. Your donations will go directly toward:

Safety & Performance: We need two more safety mats to ensure our athletes can practice high-level tumbling and stunts without risk of injury. These mats alone can be up to $2,000 each!!
Uniforms & Gear: From our classic black-and-gold sideline uniforms to competition sets, warm-ups, and team shirts, looking unified builds the confidence needed to win.
Professional Growth: Funding for cheer camp, professional choreography, and registration fees allows our team to compete at a national standard.
The Journey to Vegas: Transportation and travel costs for Nationals are the biggest hurdle. Your support helps cover the flights and lodging needed to get our team to that bright stage in Las Vegas.
Game Day Spirit: Supplying sideline crowd supplies and competition essentials so we can continue to be the standard of excellence for school spirit at every home game.
