Faithful Shepherds

Faithful Shepherds exists to help Pastors and their wives, Church leaders, Missionaries and Shepherd Leaders thrive and flourish where they are called to lead.  Some leaders need encouragement to keep leading well; others need support and coaching to lead out of the overflow of their walk with the Lord; others need counseling to walk through burnout or relational conflict and some need to be cared for as they walk through church hurt.  

We desire to help leaders in need, so that the church, organization, or ministry is in a position to be able to care for the flock that has been entrusted to them.  

We recognize that many ministry leaders don't have the funds and resources they need to get the help they desperately desire. Faithful Shepherds does not want money or resources to be a barrier for leaders to get the help they need.   As a 501c3, we seek to help leaders by partnering with churches, missions organizations, and non-profits to provide coaching, counseling and care for leaders in need of help.
