 Why are you participating in Dancing with our Stars?:

Supporting local businesses when they are facing hardship is something that I believe in wholeheartedly. I love Plymouth, for me, it is one of the best places on earth. Our local businesses are the heart of our community. As a lifelong Plymouth resident and a local business owner for 40 years before my retirement, I believe in giving back to help others. It totally aligns with my volunteer mission now with Plymouth Helping Hands for Animals: giving those in need a helping hand to provide a better quality of life for their pets.

What is your dance experience?:

I’m a beginner, no professional lessons before.

What is a fun fact people may not know about you?:

I won 2nd prize in the Skillet Throwing Contest at the Fryeburg Fair a couple of years ago – I have a good arm and throw a mean pan!
