In the midst of an unprecedented pandemic, our Clubhouse programs in Bellevue, Seattle and Everett have done a remarkable job to provide both in-person and online places for members to find meaningful community and work opportunities. With the stress and uncertainty that has come with COVID-19, it is more important than ever that members access the Clubhouses to continue their recovery and overcome isolation and anxiety.

Currently we are operating at limited capacity for our in-person programs, and given the current trajectory of the pandemic, we expect to continue offering limited in-person programming in tandem with our virtual online programs throughout this next year, 2021.

The good news? We do have opportunities to increase the physical capacity for each of our Clubhouses:

Bellevue Clubhouse Project: Build out 1200 sq ft in the lower level of our building to be repurposed for Clubhouse programming. This increase in space of 24% will help us accommodate five more members at any given point for Work Ordered Day activities following COVID-19 restrictions. Year end fundraising goal toward this project: $25,000

Seattle Clubhouse Project: identify and secure a space from two to three times the size of the current space with commercial kitchen which will help accommodate 5-10 more members during CV-19 restrictions. Current 1200 sq ft Clubhouse location pictured. Year-end goal toward this project: $20,000

Everett Clubhouse Project: Lease available adjacent space that will double capacity with an additional 1000 sq ft in usable space. This will allow an additional 5 members can participate in Work Ordered Day activities during COVID-19 . Year-end goal toward this project: $20,000.

These projects will help Clubhouse accommodate 15-20 more members under COVID-19 restrictions, but also increase long-term capacity, post-COVID, by up to 45 members.
