This year, META is reimagining our annual Scholarship Dinner.
While all of our scholars are documented and legal citizens, increased immigration enforcement has created fear and uncertainty in our communities. Out of care and solidarity with our broader Latinx community, we’ve chosen to celebrate differently.
Instead of one large gathering, each scholar will receive:

A $200 gift card to celebrate with loved ones in a place of their choosing

A printed document honoring their story and achievements
This new approach prioritizes safety, inclusion, and directs more support straight to the students who inspire us every day.
