Lauren, alongside her husband Brett, a Johnson City native, is the visionary behind the newly formed nonprofit, Heidi's House of Hope. Their mission is to provide attainable housing and foster a sense of belonging through innovative micro-home communities. They believe you can put people in a home, but they might be the loneliest they've ever been; community is key. The goal is to empower renters to achieve their dreams of homeownership. With micro-homes (400 to 1000 SQFT), everyone can experience the joy of owning a home and have the support of community along the way. Heidi's House of Hope provides HOPE with Housing, Opportunities, People, and Education. Now, on the brink of acquiring 46 acres in Johnson City, Lauren and Brett are eager to collaborate with like-minded individuals to drive positive change in the community.
