Poudre Landmarks is thrilled to commemorate the 40th Anniversary of the Fort Collins Historic Homes Tour, a cherished tradition that showcases our community's rich architectural heritage.

This year’s tour promises to be an exceptional journey through time, as we revisit the most-beloved properties from the past four decades. From a quaint, clay adobe to a sprawling farmhouse cottage; from one of the oldest wood-frame buildings in Fort Collins to a stately, Gothic-revival mansion. Each property tells a story of the city's evolution and the families who shaped its history.

The Tour–produced by the Poudre Landmarks Foundation and the City of Fort Collins Historic Preservation Division–will be held Saturday, September 21st from 10am to 4pm.

There are 10 properties on the 2024 tour. Five private residential homes and five cherished historic properties. The 2024 list of properties:

Tickets are $35/guest in advance* and $40/guest when purchased on the day of the tour. When you have your ticket book in hand, you may visit the properties in any order. After you purchase tickets online, you will receive instructions on how to pick up your ticket book on Friday, Sept 20th or Tour day, Saturday, Sept 21st.

In celebration of the Historic Homes Tour, the Fort Collins Trolley will operate with FREE fares and extended hours to sync up with the tour. Free rides are courtesy of the Downtown Development Authority.

Please note: As you progress through the ticket purchase process you will be asked if you would like to make an additional donation to Poudre Landmarks, and if you would like to pay the credit card processing fees or tip the Givebutter processing platform. All of these are optional and you can opt out, if you wish.

Historic properties are not A.D.A. accessible. Public restrooms are not available. No refunds nor exchanges.
