$10 to $49 a month outfits youth leaders with essential farming gear so they can learn and lead on the farm.
Perk: 5% discount to all Urban Roots events.

🌱 Sprouts — helping young leaders grow

$50 to $99 a month fuels safe transportation for youth leaders between the farm, partner sites, and their neighborhoods.
Perk: 10% discount to all Urban Roots events.

🌿 Perennials — evergreen, resilient leadership

$100 to $250 provides fresh produce for neighbors and keeps our crops growing strong through sustainable irrigation.
Perk: 15% discount to all Urban Roots events.

🌾 Cultivator — nurturing skills, farm tools, and connection for youth leaders

$500 a month fully funds a youth stipend, ensuring young people can earn, learn, and lead on the farm. 
Perk: 25% discount to all Urban Roots events.
