HOBY Florida East strives to provide an opportunity for youth leaders to connect, develop their leadership skills, and have fun doing it. HOBY's mission is to inspire and develop our global community of youth and volunteers to a life dedicated to leadership, service and innovation.

Each year, HOBY Florida East gathers more than 50 ambassadors for a weekend of leadership programming that is planned entirely by a team of dedicated volunteers. Your donation ensures that we can continue to bring our programming to high school students in our local community, and continue to improve the speakers, events, and activities they are exposed to.
