Hi there! I am currently fundraising for Hugh O’Brian Youth Organization (HOBY), an annual, 3 day, seminar for sophomore students who demonstrate leadership skills at their high schools. The Florida-North seminar is held at Florida State University, and leadership skills are taught and strengthened during this program. I attended the seminar last summer, and it was a life changing experience; with volunteer work and inspiring guest speakers, I learned so many valuable skills that I have brought back to my high school, Ponte Vedra High School. This seminar taught me knowledge that I will carry on in every avenue of my life. This year I was chosen to go back to the seminar at FSU, now as an alumni behind the scenes helping the seminar succeed. This is an expansive seminar that is led through volunteer work and donations. That being said, I have the due diligence of raising funds. I have a set goal of $200. If you are willing and able, I’d appreciate more than anything if you could donate to this wonderful organization that shares a lot of my passions and bestows wisdom onto future generations.
