HOBY's mission is to inspire and prepare future young leaders for a life dedicated to leadership, service, and innovation. HOBY empowers young people to dream big, make an impact, and change the world. HOBY Florida is split into three seminar sites that provide HOBY programming to high school sophomores throughout the state of Florida each year. In the summer of 2023, almost 200 high school students gathered to learn about themselves and develop their talents as leaders.
