NOAS is a private, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) agency founded in 1978 to serve children and families, with programs built on our mission to promote lifelong permanency for current and former foster youth by recruiting, preparing, and supporting families and positive connections. Our mission at NOAS is we exist to inspire, develop, and nurture enduring support and connections for current and former foster youth and those at risk of coming into care.

ABOUT THE EVENT

Step up to the plate and join NOAS for our Annual Home Team Celebration—a heartwarming, baseball-themed evening dedicated to helping foster youth find the loving families they deserve. On Saturday, September 20th, we’re bringing the spirit of the ballpark to Progressive Field in Cleveland, with the event held in the North Coast Social—a premium, newly renovated space that puts you right in the heart of the action.

Doors open at 6:30 PM, just in time to settle in before the Guardians take on the Twins at 7:10 PM away in Minnesota. Throughout the night, you’ll enjoy a winning lineup of fun including live and chance auctions, a buffet dinner, fun games, a cash bar, a shot at winning $1,000, $750, or $500 in our cash raffle — three big winners! Meet-and-greet with Slider, the beloved Guardians mascot! Watch the game broadcast on the big screen while we come together to root for more than just a win on the field—we’re cheering for brighter futures for Ohio’s foster youth.

Every dollar raised helps NOAS continue its mission of connecting children in foster care with safe, permanent, and loving homes. Families step up to the plate to care for these youth, and we proudly stand beside them—offering our services at no cost. Just like a baseball team works together to bring home a win, your support helps bring children home to loving, supportive families.

Tickets are $100 per person, with sponsorships starting at $500. Don’t miss your chance to be part of the team that’s changing lives. Join us, and be the home team every child deserves.
