We have the unique opportunity to give your company access to a fun, hope-filled weekend in Virginia Beach.  This will be our Second Annual "camp: HOPE FULL" event in Virginia Beach, VA. You are invited to be part of this weekend as a sponsor and guest! camp: HOPE FULL '23 will be on April 28-30, 2023. This will be an event that can increase your visibility, as well as directly impact families of medically complex and special needs children. 

I am writing to you today on behalf of the Apricity Hope Project, a nonprofit organization based in Virginia, to ask for your partnership for the 2023 “camp: HOPE FULL” Fundraising Event. Our camping weekend will take place at Holiday TRAV-L Campground in Virginia Beach, VA on April 28-30, 2023.

As a medical mama myself, I am so incredibly grateful for all of the organizations that exist to help my children. After years spent in and out of children's hospitals, learning as much as I can about being a rare disease family, advocating and fundraising for mitochondrial disease research, losing my daughter at 5.5 years old and still caring for my son... I am aware that there just is not enough support available for caregivers of special needs kiddos. 

After years of consistent fundraising solely for Mitochondrial Disease Research at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, we have pivoted a bit. I created the Apricity Hope Project. We are a nonprofit based in Virginia, with a goal of loving on caregivers in several different ways: 

-- We offer Care(giver) Packages and Hospital Go-Bags for those who need a little extra box of hope. 

-- The When Autumn Comes Podcast is a program of Apricity Hope Project. This is a popular podcast with over 25k unique downloads (as of summer 2022) for medical mamas, and the people who love them.

-- Events, like camp: HOPE FULL, and upcoming retreats for families and carers are our jam! 

-- Coming in 2023, we will be sending caregivers away for Respite Getaways to the Outer Banks of North Carolina!

-- Additionally, to continue with our efforts and to help families and caregivers with what they truly need and desire, Apricity Hope Project continues to fundraise for mitochondrial disease research that is taking place at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
