The Homeowner Prep Workshop on Wheels real estate bus tour is coming to Chula Vista on September 30th 2023! With the success of our kickoff event in July, we are ready to bring a bigger and better event to the Chula Vista community and help local aspiring homeowners take the first step in their home buying journey!

Workshop on Wheels is a free, unique mobile real estate tour that provides aspiring homeowners with access to the best real estate, lending and credit experts, in an exciting and refreshing workshop format. This event gives aspiring homeowners direct answers to their most pressing questions, educates them on the home buying process from beginning to end, takes them to view homes in-person with a home inspector to create a vision of themselves as homeowners, and teaches them a variety of successful house hunting techniques, tips, and tricks.

ABOUT HOMEOWNER PREP

Homeowner Prep is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that educates and encourages aspiring homeowners to buy and leverage their first home, so they can create lasting generational wealth. We accomplish our mission through three core programs: one-on-one finanancial coaching, our Workshop on Wheels Events, and Online Workshops that dive deep on a variety of personal finance topics. We serve all aspiring homeowners, but we have a unique passion to close the BIPOC homeownership and wealth gaps, therefore we specialize in reaching marginalized communities of color to ensure they receive the additional resources and guidance needed to combat generational patterns of being left out of wealth conversations.

As a 501c3 non-profit organization, all donations are deemed tax-deductible absent any limitations on deductibility applicable to a particular taxpayer. A receipt will be provided.
