Blossom Program

Thanks to donors like you, our Blossom Program has helped nearly 300 girls access a transformative program of life skills training and career orientation guidance that will help them make informed decisions about their futures.

In 2026, your donation will help

✅ Launch 3 new Blossom Clubs for 90 at-risk students
✅ Provide 30 comprehensive scholarships to keep children in school
✅ Train 46 teachers in life-skills education
✅ Support 90 caregivers through parenting workshops

A silent struggle is unfolding among rural Vietnamese youth, who often grow up with their grandparents as parents migrate to cities for work. These grandparents face challenges in meeting their grandchildren's emotional needs, especially with issues like social media and online bullying. Studies show that 68% of Vietnamese children still experience violent physical discipline.

In schools, children lack support to adapt to the modern workforce. Despite a shift toward prioritizing life and soft skills over traditional rote learning, educators are not trained in innovative methods like project-based learning and digital literacy, leaving youth unprepared for the job market and more likely to end up in low-skilled, low-paying jobs.

But together, we can bridge this gap.

The Blossom Program supports youth aged 11 to 14 through a three-tier approach:

  • Empowering Youth: We offer Blossom Youth Clubs that provide enriching learning opportunities, teaching essential skills for the digital age while fostering creativity and critical thinking.
  • Supporting Educators: We train teachers in child-centered and competency-based methods to create engaging and supportive learning environments for students.
  • Engaging Caregivers: Our program teaches parents and caregivers non-violent positive parenting strategies, promoting collaboration and open communication to address the emotional and social challenges faced by youth.

Behind every donation is a child whose future YOU can change!
