Dog Stroll and Fall Festival

Saturday, October 4th, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM EDT

In Person

Subject: Your invited We are thrilled to invite you to participate as a vendor in our upcoming event! Name: Blue Heron Trail - Dog Stroll & Fall Festival Date and Time: Saturday October 4th 2025 12pm - 5pm Where: 120 Kinderton Blvd, Suite 100, Bermuda Run, NC 27006. This year's HSDC, Stroll Bermuda Run and the Town of Bermuda Run are joining forces to offer a fun fall community event. The event promises to be pet and family friendly while helping bring awareness to not only HSDC’s mission but highlight local business and community vendors alike. We anticipate around 500 people in attendance but those numbers could increase as we get closer to the date. This is a free community event. HSDC is only charging vendors and community organizations a fee to participate. All proceeds raised will benefit The Humane Society of Davie County directly. Here are some details about the event. HSDC will encourage a trick or treat style stroll through the 1.5 shorter Blue Heron greenway Trail. This circles the offices where the Bermuda Run Town hall is, down and around Meg Brown Home furnishings then back around to the town square. Not crossing the highway. We will offer space along the trail and also have VIP spots on the pavement near the town square. The trail space is grassy but allows for a large setup for Tents and tables. We are allowing you to sell goods but ask that you decorate in a fun themed way. We also ask that you have something to Pass out swag or candy to passerbys trick or treating. Think Trunk or treat with Tents instead of cars. Vendors can be as creative as they want. We will ask walkers to vote on the best themed Vendor. After the walking, at the town square, we will have family friendly games for kids of all ages. We might even have some family friendly haunted fun. We will have a band playing under the gazebo so everyone can bring a lawn chair and socialize. We are planning to collect donations of pet products. Also to support the season, we will ask the community to help us “give a kid a coat” by donating gently used or new coats. We will in turn donate those across the county. HSDC will be offering 2(two) types of Vendor spots: (Deadline to purchase tickets September 6th) $30 - Regular spot along the trail. You supply: Tent and tables. No power along the trail. This will be a grassy area. Spots are 1st come 1st serve along the trail. $50 - VIP spot on the pavement. We have limited spots that line the road in front of the town hall and around the town square. If you need flat land or power this is where you will want to be.
