This month's focus: Heart Health Across the Lifespan

This intimate gathering will welcome participants for a meaningful evening exploring the nutritional, agricultural, and culinary impact of plant-forward cooking and a healthy vibrant lifestyle. Guests will enjoy seasonal produce from the 4Roots farm and local farm communities, followed by a guided plant-based cooking session, and conversation about supporting a healthy heart at every age.
