This intimate gathering will welcome participants for a meaningful evening exploring the nutritional, agricultural, and culinary impact of plant-forward cooking. Guests will enjoy seasonal produce from the 4Roots farm or local
farm communities, followed by a guided plant-based cooking session, and conversation around the power of food as medicine.
