Wally’s Hearth is raising money to open doors as Illinois’s first social-model hospice home—created for this moment. We will offer a peaceful, intimate home environment where individuals in their final days are cared for like beloved family and neighbors– with 24/7 support, gentle routines, and room for loved ones to be together. Each day will be guided by dignity, comfort, and choice, with trained staff and volunteers coordinating closely with hospice providers so care feels seamless and person-centered.

For families, Wally’s Hearth brings steadiness and relief; for our community, it’s a shared promise that no one will reach the end of life without companionship or respect.
