We need air in Texas!

Hey folks. We here at the Commune hope you are all safe and well. We have been dealing with some HVAC issues at the Commune lately and the final verdict is that it can no longer be repaired. It is 17 years old and it is just done.  It is limping along right now, but according to the technician it could fail at any time. Living in Southeast Texas (Matt and I live in a 2 room apartment over the sanctuary) and going into June - well, things can get dangerous quickly. This is an urgent situation and we need to raise as much as we can as fast as we can. We have been quoted $25,000 for a new system - and that includes a discount for a nonprofit. We plan to get some other quotes, but I wanted to get the fundraising started because it will be a lot no matter what.
