We Stand in the Gap

Hackers for Christ Ministries provides free cybersecurity services to churches that can't afford protection. We're a team of Christian cybersecurity professionals who see this work as spiritual warfare fought with prayer and penetration testing.

Our services include security assessments, staff training, penetration testing, and incident readiness planning. Churches never pay.

Year 1 Goals

We're launching in 2026 with a focused mission:

6 churches protected with comprehensive security assessments
10 Sentinel volunteers trained and equipped through The Forge program
Insurance, tools, and infrastructure to operate legally and professionally

Total Year 1 Budget: $17,000

This covers everything: Cyber/Tech E&O insurance ($2,900), professional penetration testing tools ($2,638), volunteer background checks and training materials ($2,000), Kasm penetration testing lab ($2,503), operational costs, and a 20% contingency buffer. No salaries. 100% volunteer leadership.

Beyond Year 1

Our $17,000 goal funds 6 churches, 10 volunteers, and a 20% buffer for contingencies. Corporate sponsors, foundation grants, and church partners fund growth initiatives and reserves, bringing our total Year 1 revenue target to $29,500. If God provides beyond this, we're ready to scale: every additional $88 protects another church, and every $123 equips another Sentinel. Our infrastructure supports growth to 18+ churches in Year 1 if funding allows.
