Dear Friends and Family,

As you might already know, our loving mother, Chana Eden Hadari, has recently passed away after a year and four months of fighting for her life. We were able to fulfill our mother’s wish to be buried in Israel near her parents and family, Z”L.

The Family is currently in a great amount of debt due to expenses for the Kadisha flight to Israel, the Matzeva, Shiva, and Shloshim. We had to take loans to support our mother in her final months, and pay large burial expenses. We created this fundraiser to help the family with financial relief of this debt.

In addition, any funds raised over the amount will go to a special fund honoring our mother’s name so we may continue to host people for Shabbat and holiday in synagogues across the U.S. and Israel as a tribute to our mother’s love of welcoming people into her home for many years. כפי שרבים מכם כבר יודעים, אמנו היפה והאהובה, חנה עדן הדרי, נפטרה לאחרונה לאחר שנה וארבעה חודשים של מאבק על חייה. המשפחה הצליחה להגשים את רצונה של אמנו להיקבר בישראל ליד הוריה ומשפחתה, זכרונם לברכה

משפחת הדרי נמצאת כיום בחובות רבים בעקבות ההוצאות הרפואיות של השנה האחרונה והוצאות הקבורה, הטסה, מצבה, אזכרה, שבעה ושלושים של אמנו. יצרנו את הקמפיין הזה כדי לעזור למשפחה עם החוב הגדול שנוצר. ובנוסף, המטרה שלנו היא לעבור את הסכום הנדרש על מנת שנוכל לתרום את שאר הכספים לבתי כנסת וארגוני צדקה בארץ ובארה״ב ולהמשיך את המורשת של אמנו היקרה ולארח יהודים מכל העולם לשבתות וחגים כפי שהיא אהבה לקבל את פניהם לביתה.
