These items are an important component of trauma responsive therapy and build trust between the therapist and the participant as they journey into healing from childhood trauma.

Our agency services create hope and healing for children and adults who’ve experienced childhood trauma. Learning to interact differently and breaking old habits can be challenging as families come together to overcome past trauma. We teach families coping skills to help them process difficult emotions and move beyond what has happened to them.
One of the ways we do this is through expressive therapy using items such as arts and crafts supplies, sensory toys and musical instruments. This helps kids and families develop stronger family relationships as they build healthy coping skills.
Join us HAND-IN-HAND to help families heal! Funds raised will support needed expressive therapy supplies and our programs to end the cycle of child abuse.
