Our daughter, Eliza, changed our world when she arrived 8 years ago. She is funny, clever, kind, and determined. She also happens to have Prader-Willi syndrome, a rare chromosomal disorder that comes with extra challenges for her. I am nothing short of amazed at everything she has already overcome, but I want to do everything in my power to help her break down barriers that will keep her from living her best and fullest life.
