At Roads to Success (RTS), we believe in the potential of every child and are committed to empowering youth and families in New York City’s most vibrant yet under-resourced communities. For years, we have been dedicated to fostering personal growth, self-sufficiency, and workforce readiness through our high-quality programming in education, social-emotional learning, financial literacy, and career development.

Our Work

Each year, Roads to Success makes a significant impact by serving over 7,000 youth across three boroughs of NYC. Through programs like after-school enrichment, summer jobs and internships, college access initiatives, and our signature Youth Leadership Summit, we provide the tools necessary for young people to succeed in school, work, and life.

Some highlights of our work include:

Placing over 1,200 local college and public school students in paid summer jobs and internships.
Facilitating high-quality after-school programming for over 4,000 students from NYC public schools.
Hosting a Youth Leadership Summit that connects ~700 youth to mentors from top companies like Deloitte, Advantage Capital, CITI Bank, and more.
Providing college access to over 1,000 teens in NYC public middle schools, including mentoring, college access curriculum, and campus tours.

Our Commitment

Our mission is to empower youth to envision and build a future of their own design. We are committed to creating programs in economically depressed communities where young people may not be aware of the career opportunities available to them or the pathways to achieving their dreams. By focusing on academic support, workforce skills, and post-secondary education orientation, we give youth the tools they need to achieve success. Additionally, we prioritize engaging parents and building strong partnerships with schools to ensure that students have the support they need every step of the way.
