Haunted Hustle Sponsorship - Oct 18 2025

We are excited to announce the second annual Haunted Hustle 5K in Historic Newtown Borough, PA, on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 9 AM. Creating this Halloween themed charity run/walk will promote a unique fun community event that will benefit the NR2F1 Foundation.

Our daughter, Maggie, was born with an ultra-rare genetic disorder of the NF2F1 gene that is found in approximately 300 people in the world. This genetic disorder has features of autism, intellectual disabilities, visual impairments and sometimes seizures, along with other challenges. Early on, we struggled to understand Maggie’s diagnosis and how to best support her healthy development. Through this journey, we helped co-found, along with a group of dedicated NR2F1 parents, the non-profit NR2F1 Foundation.

The NR2F1 Foundation’s mission is to empower families and individuals living with rare NR2F1 variants through education, advocacy, and research. We are making strides in understanding these challenges and helping to give the best life possible to these individuals and their families.

The Haunted Hustle 5K in Newtown, PA, will donate ALL PROCEEDS to the NF2F1 Foundation to help continue our understanding of this disorder and development of potential strategies. Through your support of the Haunted Hustle 5K and the NR2F1 Foundation, we strive to meet our mission and encourage happy and healthy lives for all those affected.
