We hope you enjoyed the first session of our wellness series! 

The past three years have been challenging for us all economically, socially, physically, emotionally, and psychologically. Given that we are entering the third year of a global pandemic and the Center is still closed to the public, we feel that providing a wellness series centered around mind, body, and spiritual well-being and healing would be a beneficial and much needed resource for our community. Our intention is particularly geared toward helping those individuals that have been most impacted and traumatized by institutional racism. With our wellness series we hope to serve the needs of the community while also addressing the needs and desires of our BIPOC community members. 

Additionally, at the end of the series we would like to provide a solid list of resources community members can refer to find support that speak to the unique cultural experiences of those struggling.
