Through our health literacy education and resource model, we advance health equity in Gwinnett County. Our evidence-informed health literacy workshops focus on mental, physical, and social aspects of health, connecting preventative care to well-being.

In collaboration with local nonprofits and agencies, we connect uninsured and underinsured residents to essential resources and affordable care.
