Our Solution

The Healthcare Leadership Foundation (HLF) exists to transform healthcare by developing, inspiring, and supporting ethical, patient-centered leaders who strengthen teams, improve outcomes, and restore humanity to medicine.

With over 20 years of proven leadership education experience through programs like the Feagin Leadership Program, HLF builds physician-leaders ready to change healthcare from the inside out.

Your support ensures these leaders have the skills, mentorship, and community they need to create a healthier future for patients, providers, and the systems that connect them.

  • Program Expansion: Launching new leadership programs and coaching initiatives nationwide.
