We show up at hospitals, therapy centers, sensory gyms, schools, and community wellness spaces. Prepared, accountable, and ready to serve.

How This Campaign Works

This campaign funds one H.E.A.R.T. activation at a time. Every goal completed means one real, scheduled community care pop-up fully resourced and executed. Then we build toward the next one.
