Sassy Breeze - Hearts R Golden Fund

This past week an amazing group of hardworking volunteers working with the Intake Team brought in 25 purebred Golden Retrievers from a breeder who could no longer take care of them and wanted a better life for each of them. There are 5 puppies and 20 young adult dogs. One of the puppies was in a dire condition - weighing only 1 pound on the day she surrendered to us -- SASSY BREEZE

She was dehydrated and would not eat. After being examined by a GRRA vet, this precious puppy is home with her foster Mom getting much needed TLC. To date, she has gained several ounces of weight and so far continues to improve daily. Obviously this is a touch and go situation for this puppy. We are doing whatever we can to keep this baby girl alive.
