Julia Bateman's Story
Calmer Choice has changed my life personally and professionally. Learning to develop a mindfulness practice through my peers at the organization has supported my personal mental health and recovery. My wish is that every child in our region can learn mindfulness tools and skills to manage stress and learn to live a life compassionately.
